Information Technology Support Engineer

Location: Hybrid (Oak Brook, IL)

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000/year

We’re looking for an Information Technology Support Engineer to join our team and support clients across a range of industries. In this role, you’ll provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and help maintain reliable IT operations in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You’ll work closely with both team members and clients to resolve challenges, improve system performance, and ensure a seamless technology experience. This is an opportunity to grow your technical skillset while contributing to meaningful client outcomes.

This role combines hands-on technical support, system administration, and client collaboration across a variety of business environments.


Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support and responsive help desk assistance
    • Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and user issues
    • Support system administration and IT infrastructure management
    • Collaborate with team members and clients to address technical challenges
    • Maintain system performance and reliability across environments

      Qualifications:

        • Experience in technical support and help desk environments
        • Strong understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting methods
        • Familiarity with system administration and infrastructure support
        • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
        • Strong communication skills in a hybrid work setting
        • Relevant certifications or degrees are a plus
